The problem
An agency running dozens of client accounts on a stack of rented platforms, paying per seat per tenant, with no single place to see what was actually happening across the book.
What we built
- Multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant branding, data isolation and key separation.
- Voice agents that answer, qualify, book and hand off — with the call and its outcome landing in the same system as everything else.
- CRM, pipelines and conversations unified across every channel.
- A workflow studio for building automations without touching code.
- A website and funnel builder for client sites.
- A KPI lakehouse and dashboards built on the warehouse underneath.
What transferred
Full codebase and infrastructure, with conventional architecture chosen specifically so one developer can keep extending it.
